Early Departure Process
Dear Parents/Carers,
If your child needs to leave school early to attend an appointment etc. the process is as follows:
- Parents/carers to send an email to the College Office and copy their child into the email using the student's school email account.
- The student is to show the email to their teacher so they can leave class at the stated time.
- The student is sign out at the college office.
or
- Parent/Carers to provide a note for their child.
- The student will need to show this note to the classroom teacher to leave class at the stated time.
- The student is to hand the note into the College Office and sign out.
Students can then meet you in the car park and you won’t need to come to the College Office to sign them out.
