Hospitality & Food Tech Happenings!
This week in Hospitality students made fresh green pasta using spinach and herbs from the garden to sell in the canteen on Friday. Vegetarian for lent. We had 2 toppings – lentil bolognaise and roasted cauliflower lemon & ricotta!
All food scraps left from cooking in these class are composted in the JPC garden.
Year 9/10 Food Tech Mrs Murphy and Ms Daley’s classes made French Patisserie tarts as part of our ‘World of Food’ unit with amazing results. Well done students!!”
