If you would like to work (or gain work experience) in the building and construction industry in Canberra, it is a legal requirement to complete the following three courses to enter a construction site:

1. White Card
2. Asbestos Awareness
3. Silica Exposure and Prevention

We are currently accepting expressions of interest from students who wish to complete one or more of these courses. These courses will be held at JPC in Week 11. If you are interested, please complete the Google form below by 9 am next Monday, March 18, 2024. You will need to be signed into your school email address on your browser to access the form.

Please note: You must be at least 15 years old to take the course. However, if you are under 15, you may still register your interest as we will also offer these courses in Term 3
